WHAT YOU NEED
1 Will Studd Brillat Savarin
2 Tbs of Apricot Jam
1/2 Tsp Herbes De Provence
WHAT TO DO:
Remove paper from base of cheese and then replace cheese back in the box
Smother top of cheese with Apricot Jam
Liberally top jam with a coat of Herbes de Provence
Wrap base of box with al foil to hold it together whilst cooking
Bake at 180 c for about 20 minutes
Serve with crusty bread and a spoon
